I am responsible for the sales operations function of the organization, which includes managing core sales team, the distribution side of our business, customer services for our distributors, sales reporting and forecasting of national and regional sales volumes. In my opinion, this is a key position as it covers every aspect of the field sales operations of the company giving me an invaluable insight to the FMCG sales organization.

My job is my passion, working in such a fast paced environment where I have to interact with different people across Pakistan, helps me to recognize the business needs on different levels, which gives me the opportunity to excel in my field. Secondly working with the team whose each member is master in his/her area of interest assures lots of learning in different sectors. In my view there's no other job where cause and effect is so tightly coupled where you can make a difference every day in so many different ways. It's a great challenge.
