Shoaib Yousuf
Technical Director
Shoaib Yousuf is the Technical Director of CBL who is exemplary of having a stellar career in the organization. He joined CBL in 1987 soon after graduating from Karachi University in Food Science and Technology. He already had a first class gold medal to start with in his list of achievements which supplemented with the passage of time as he acquired increasing responsibilities eventually occupying the position of Technical Director.
Shoaib joined CBL as the Production/Quality Control Officer and after gaining invaluable experiences and international training in process and baking technology was eventually promoted as the Production Manager in 1994. He became the Factory Manager in 2001, to head the entire operations of 2200 employees of one of the largest business manufacturing plant (also categorized as 'state of the art unit'), producing one of the most reputed brands in the country. His areas of expertise are Quality Control and New Product Development.
