Major Muhammad Hanif Javed
Factory Manager
Mr. Muhammad Hanif Javed became part of Continental Biscuits Family in year 2002. Before joining CBL; he has an honor of serving in Pakistan Army for more than 15 years as an Infantry Officer. Besides serving on conventional military appointments during his service in Pakistan Army e.g. Command, Operational Staff and ADC etc, he served in District Monitoring Teams, monitoring of WAPDA and Irrigation Departments.
While being in army he qualified Staff College Entrance Exams 1999. He has the credit of qualifying the CSS Exams of Pakistan in year 2000 with IR, Sociology, Geography and Constitutional Law . He completed his Masters in Business Administration in HRM. In a decade long service with CBL, Mr. Hanif has worked in all the departments of the factory right from Deputy Manager Stores to Manager HR and Administration, Production, Quality Control and before promotion to the current position of Factory Manager in Feb 2009 he was Deputy Factory Manager.
In receipt of his efforts, Mr. Hanif was honored with an "Exemplary Leadership Award" by Kraft Foods in 2011.
