I take this position as a challenge and a role model for my entire team working at the factory. My job does not finish just by leading from the front but by guiding and grooming all the members to be the leaders of the future. I do this by elevating the performance bar and creating an environment for continuous improvement, which has also enabled me develop a committed team. A team that produces biscuits best in quality, unique in taste with innovation being the key focus at all times for our valued customers. Smooth operation with minimum losses and maximum out put corresponding to the laid down standards is of utmost importance and this is what I get out of my team.

It gives me immense pride to organize and manage quality oriented team. A team involved in the manufacturing of world class biscuits with a vision to continuously strive for innovation. Being hub of all the activities and decision making, it gives me pleasure to be able to contribute and yield optimum results. Moreover, my job also gives me a sense of achievement and satisfaction since I am able to help our community manage their day to day affairs effectively. The community which happens to be a part of my factory! I feel lucky to be helpful in changing and improving the life styles of our people working with us.
